PRODUCT DETAILS AND INFORMATION

All product images, descriptions and specifications on this site have been made accessible by suppliers, manufacturers or have been collated from public sources and are for giving an approximate description of the products. We endeavor to make all sizes and product details as accurate as possible, but Bathroom Factory cannot guarantee the reliability or accuracy of the specifications stated on products as they are all approximate and intended as a guide only.

We would recommend that customers do not arrange fixed starting dates with bathroom fitters or plumbers until all products ordered have been received and have been checked thoroughly. Bathroom Factory are not liable for any costs incurred or compensation claimed in any way.

ORDERS

Any orders received over weekends or bank holidays the order date is taken as the following working day for delivery purposes. Any orders due to be delivered over the Christmas shutdown period may be extended to a later date.

Upon receipt of an order we will issue you with a confirmation, please check this and ensure that all details are correct; if you have any queries please e-mail our sales department immediately before your order is completed. All products are subject to availability and may be discontinued by the manufacturers at any time, in this event we will not be able to supply the goods, any payment you have made will be refunded in full, although we will not be responsible for any losses you incur if the goods are not supplied.

If a product listed has an incorrect price due to typing error, or has had an increase by our supplier we have the right to refuse or cancel or make adjustments to the price even though the order may have been confirmed.

PAYMENT

We ask that all goods be paid for on completion of order and that all funds are cleared prior to delivery. We accept most major credit and debit cards such as VISA, MASTERCARD and SWITCH. On your order you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number  the address and phone number that your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed when authorization has been properly received from your credit card.

DELIVERY

All orders received from UK Mainland areas only will be delivered Free Of Charge. Goods will only be delivered to the address on the order

Some post codes may incur a delivery charged, this will be stated on your order confirmation.

Orders for Northern Ireland, Eire, Isle of Man and Channel Islands will be charged accordingly to weight and size of each order and delivery charges will be stated on your order confirmation.

GOODS ON BACK ORDER

If your item is not in stock we will place it on back order for you and inform of the status, you will then be given the option to cancel your order if you cannot wait and any payment received will be refunded. If you accept your order on back order we will inform you of an approximate delivery date and update you of the status of your order.

Deliveries

We endeavor to deliver most products within 7-10 days, however some larger items may take longer. All delivery dates given are only provisional.

No changes to delivery details can be made once the order has been processed.

GOODS MUST BE CHECKED WHILST THE DRIVER IS ON THE PREMISES

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

Please inspect goods thoroughly before signing as soon as we have delivered the goods you will be responsible for them. If goods arrive damaged/ incorrect or short please inform the driver and make a note on the carrier s delivery note, you will then need to inform us within 7 days of receiving the goods.

RISK

As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature unless authorized by the person named on the order. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk.

GUARANTEES

All products are supplied with the Manufacturer s Guarantee s. These exclude faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or routine maintenance.
