Shipping and Returns Policy
- Delivery
All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your
payment.
We shall endeavour to deliver the Goods you have offered to purchase within 7-10 days after we receive your order. If we cannot supply your order for any reason we will not charge you for these or we will refund any money already paid for them. If there are any delays we will notify you of such delay as soon as possible.
We can only deliver to addresses in UK mainland Free of Charge - other postcode areas will incur delivery charges and these will be stated when we confirm receipt of your order.
Your order will be delivered to the address stated on your order form; no changes to the delivery address can be made by the purchaser once the order has been processed.
- Goods must be checked whilst the driver is on the premises
The price of the Goods includes VAT and Delivery to UK mainland only.
We are unable to specify delivery times but will confirm a delivery date once your order and payment have been successfully processed.
A signature will be required on delivery of the Goods to you. Receipt of a signature at the specified delivery address will be proof that the order has been delivered to you.
- Returns
If any item arrives damaged you must make a note on the carrier's delivery note and it will be your responsibility to inform us within 7 days from delivery we will then arrange to collect the item and replace or exchange the goods or refund you the price you paid for the item if preferred.
Any shortages on your order must be noted on the carrier delivery note and you must report the shortage to us within 7 days of receipt.
If items arrive and are incorrect it is your responsibility to notify us within 7 days from delivery.
Please note that, unless the goods you recieve are faulty, incorrect or damaged it is your responsibility to return the items to us at your cost within 7 days to obtain a full refund. It is also your responsibility to inform us of any cancellations within 7 days of delivery.
